The Bookly platform is provided free of charge, without any advertisements or payment processing. We connect independent service providers (the "Masters") with clients seeking to book appointments. Masters register, set up their public booking link, and manage their schedules, while clients can browse Master profiles and book appointments directly. You acknowledge that all Masters are independent and that Bookly is solely a platform for scheduling and booking appointments.

The Masters using Bookly are independent service providers. Bookly does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by Masters. Any dispute or issue arising from an appointment is solely between the client and the Master. Bookly is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Services.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, content, designs, trademarks, and logos (collectively, the "Content"). Your use of our Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive license solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of our Content without our prior written permission.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Legal Terms and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws. You further represent that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
